my team is working on a biochemical process service. we're trying to use quick release clamps (like for brewing) in a setup with flammable liquid that needs cleaning.
We've heard it might fly, but aren't sure about safety rules, as the usual places don't use 'em.
we're fishing for answers on any reasons why this could be a recipe for disaster.
So, does anyone know if there's a rule, safety thing, or just a bad idea about using these Tri clover type chemical clamps with liquids or fumes that can catch fire? Thanks!
