Air dissolution in a submerged tank

I'm analyzing a situation where air is trapped in a closed cylinder and then submerged in deep water. As the pressure increases, the air compresses dramatically. I'm trying to estimate how quickly the air will dissolve into the surrounding water and whether some air will persist at equilibrium. The cylinder volume is 1.5 m³, water temp is 4°C, and initial air temp is 18°C. Any guidance or references would be very helpful.
 
If the cylinder is sealed, the air won't dissolve. If it's open to water, henry's law sets the equilibrium but the rate depends on contact area and mass transfer
